Summer 2008 Financial Aid Forms
Process
- After a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) form
is filed by the applicant, the federal processor sends the to the
WSU.
- Washington State University participates in the Quality Assurance
Program and is therefore exempt from the usual federally mandated
verification process.

In its place, we select those students and their families from
whom we wish additional information.

The requested information is used to verify or check areas of
the FAFSA that are historically prone to error by our
applicants.
- Requests for additional information must be received and
reviewed before a financial aid award may be finalized
for those students who have been selected.
Requested Information
- If you are selected to submit additional information, you will
be mailed a list of the requested forms which can be downloaded from this
page. Please complete
and return all requested forms to our office.
- This page contains links to all possible requested forms.
They are in a format that will allow you to download and print
a copy.
- PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD FORMS UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN
REQUESTED TO
DO SO!
- Not all financial aid applicants will receive requests for additional
information, nor will all applicants be asked to complete and
return the same information.
- If you are unable to download requested forms, please contact our
office for assistance.
How to Use This Page
- To download and print these forms you must have a copy of
the free program Adobe Acrobat Reader and a printer attached to
your computer.
If you need Acrobat Reader, use the link above to go to Adobe's
website for instructions on how to download and install it to
your computer.
- When you reach this page, simply click on the link for the form
that you need.
- The Acrobat Reader will open the document in your browser window.
- At the top of the screen will be a printer symbol. Click
on that to print the form.
- When finished, close the screen by hitting your "Back"
button in your browser.
Before you submit a form, please be sure that your name and
WSU
student ID number are clearly written on the form.

us (e-mail attachment) in the MS Word format, the following link
